In general our tours are INCLUSIVE of the following services:

      - All necessary land transportation specified in the agreed IT
      - Domestic air/train/bus ticket (depending on the route of the the IT)
      - Hotel accommodation (if required in the IT)
      - Experienced mountain/ski/rock climbing guide
      - Co-guide (4 pax & over) who will do the cooking as well
      - Cook (for 10 pax and over)
      - Daily meals (including Breakfast, lunch & dinner)
      - Sleeping tent (if necessary)
      - Porterage by mule (depending on the route and running time of the tour)
      - Required cooking facilities

And are EXCLUSIVE of the following services:

      - Personal climbing equipments such as mattress, sleeping bag, suitable trekking shoes,           backpack, etc.
      - Special type of dietary foods such as vegetarian/diabetic foods
      - Unpredictable events which causes expenses during tour operation time
      - Expenses caused due for not running the program according to the fixed and agreed itinerary
      - Mineral water
      - Medical & Unexpected events Insurance

And below are the lists of services which are on DEMAND:

        - Toilet tent (on demand)
      - Dining tent (on demand)
      - Mattress (on demand)
      - Light chairs and tables (on demand)
      - Heli rescue (on demand)

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING KASSA LIABILITY:

No responsibility is accepted for the following caused matters by Kassa Tours:

 - Unpredictable events which causes extra expenses during the operating time of tour, for example if it happens that during the running time of program the weather condition changes suddenly and this affects the normal running of scheduled and pre-agreed program and consequently affects on the provided services, in that case Kassa will apply necessary changes to continue the running of tour and will ask the group to pay for the caused changes/ added services separately.

- Expenses caused due for not being able to run the program according to the fixed & agreed itinerary. Below are some samples  of such matters which should be covered by the clients separately  themselves: 
 · Delay in landing/taking off of International/domestic flights which affects the scheduled and agreed tour program and consequently on the pre-made tour arrangements (transfers, hotel bookings, etc.) This matter applies to the cancellation of domestic/international flights for any reason.
 ● Matters such as encountering with visa problems while entering Iran by the officials who control & check visa , lost baggage, waiting long at the Customs of airport/border, or similar matters.

- Reconfirmation of International tickets should be done by the group.

-The group members are responsible for taking care of their personal equipments and belongings.

- If your program is shortened for any reasons beyond our control, Kassa is not liable for any refunds of the amount already paid.
